That's it. I'm done with all the poor decisions that have been made by the devs on DA. It's become clear that they don't really care about their user base. I'm packing my bags and leaving the site. The eternal darkness of Eclipse
Oh where do I even start with this? Can I just say that this may have been the worst choice possible for DA? I know that sounds a bit harsh but let's be honest here, Eclipse kinda sucks. The **ONLY** reason why I ever touched it in the beta when they released the trial and kept it on was because it was a dark mode so I don't burn out my retinas when I use DA at night (point's honestly lost because of the stark white of the editor and submission screens). Right with that out of the way it's time for complaints. Why did they remove the search filters on the search screen?! Things were great. I could search for a topic and set it to show only literature submissions when I wanted to read something or filter out certain art mediums but now I have to sift through all of it to find what I want. I get that you want to show all art to promote all artists on the platform but it's not very user friendly especially when it returns you to the top of the screen and search results which do shift
Pokemon Chrono now at 50% complete
It's been a long time but Pokemon Chrono is now halfway done and I feel comfortable giving out an open beta release of the end of next month. I hope you look forward to it.
I'm back with an announcement.
I know that seemed like too short an amount of time but I realized that it would probably take about a year to finish the project so I figured it would be best to instead announce the project and give it a name. And that name is Pokemon Chrono, a large scale fan game that has you travel around the world of pokemon and through time to find your missing father. It's my first time using RPG Maker XP and Pokemon Essentials so of course things would be kind of slow from a development standpoint but expect a release around the end of the year (hopefully not overlapping with Sword and Shield's release).
